Healing Relationships. Reconnecting With Yourself.
Helping individuals and couples reconnect with themselves, their relationships, and the life they want to live.
My Approach
I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel emotionally safe, genuinely seen, and supported without judgment.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma informed. I believe many emotional struggles are adaptive responses to overwhelming experiences, chronic stress, painful relationships, or seasons of survival. The patterns that once helped us cope can eventually leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, others, and the life we want to live.
Therapy is not about fixing who you are. It is about understanding your story with compassion, building safety within yourself, and reconnecting with the parts of you that may feel lost or overwhelmed.
My work integrates trauma-informed care, EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, and nervous system awareness. Healing rarely happens all at once. More often, it unfolds through safety, insight, supportive connection, and intentional care.
Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or a major life transition, therapy can become a place to pause, heal, and reconnect with yourself.
You do not have to carry everything alone.
Getting Started
Step 1. Reach Out
Begin by filling out the inquiry form below. I will reach out within 24–48 hours to discuss next steps and answer any initial questions you may have.
Step 2. Consultation Call
We will schedule a complimentary 15 minute consultation call to briefly talk through what brings you to therapy, what you are looking for in support, and whether the practice feels like the right fit for your needs.
Step 3. Initial Session
Your first session is an opportunity for us to slow down and begin understanding your story, current challenges, and goals for therapy. Together, we will explore what support may feel most helpful moving forward and create a space centered around safety, collaboration, and connection.
You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. You are welcome to come exactly as you are, and we will move through the process together from there.
